Quick Order rows
Set how many empty SKU rows the Quick Order form starts with:

- A shortcode only does something if its module is enabled under Settings → Modules.
- The RFQ shortcodes assume the RFQ module is active; the registration shortcode assumes the Registrations module is active.
- Customers can also reach their quotes via the built-in My Account → Quotes endpoint without placing a shortcode.
