Requirements
- WordPress 6.4 or higher
- WooCommerce 8.0 or higher (tested up to 9.9) — must be installed and active
- PHP 8.0 or higher
The plugin declares Requires Plugins: woocommerce, so WordPress will prevent activation unless WooCommerce is active.
Installation
Step 1: Upload the Plugin
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in your WordPress admin
- Choose the
codeatoz-b2b-suite-for-woocommerceZIP file and click Install Now - Click Activate
Alternatively, extract the ZIP and upload the codeatoz-b2b-suite-for-woocommerce directory to /wp-content/plugins/ via FTP, then activate it from the Plugins screen.
Step 2: Get Started
Go to B2B Suite → Dashboard. Then enable and configure the modules you need under B2B Suite → Settings → Modules.
What Happens on Activation
On activation the plugin creates its custom database tables using WordPress’s dbDelta(). Core tables (all prefixed {prefix}b2b_) include quotes, quote items, quote notes, pricing rules, registrations, analytics events, and automation logs.
Recommended First Steps
- Enable the modules you need under Settings → Modules
- Set your B2B customer roles and replacement action under Settings → Access Control
- Add pricing rules under Pricing Rules
- Configure the registration form and admin notification email under Settings → Approvals
- Set up quote PDF and payment-link options under Settings → RFQ & Quotes
Uninstalling
Deleting the plugin (not just deactivating) runs uninstall.php, which removes all plugin tables, options, roles, and meta — and does so across every site on a multisite network. Deactivating alone leaves your data intact.
