Analytics
The Analytics module records key B2B events and visualises them on an admin dashboard using a locally-bundled copy of Chart.js (no external CDN). Tracked events include:
- Quote requests
- Quote approvals
- Registrations
- Pricing rule applications
View the charts and counts under B2B Suite → Analytics. Events are stored in the {prefix}b2b_analytics_events table.
Automation
The Automation module keeps quotes moving and notifies your team without manual chasing. It runs on WooCommerce’s Action Scheduler (a daily sweep plus per-quote scheduled jobs).
Quote Reminders & Follow-ups
When a quote is submitted, two jobs are scheduled automatically:

Each sends an email to the customer (using the templates in templates/emails/automation/) and logs the action. A daily sweep also expires quotes that have passed their expiry date.
Slack Notifications
Under Settings → Automation:
- Enable Slack notifications (
auto_slack_enabled) - Slack Webhook URL (
auto_slack_webhook) — paste an Incoming Webhook URL from your Slack workspace (e.g.https://hooks.slack.com/services/...)
When enabled, the suite posts messages to your Slack channel for events such as new quotes and pending-quote reminders.
Automation Log
Every automated action is recorded in the {prefix}b2b_automation_logs table so you can audit what was sent and when.
