Three Steps to Get Started
Install both free and Pro plugins
Install and activate the free CodeAtoZ – Cloud Messaging for WooCommerce from WordPress.org, then install and activate the Pro add-on. The Pro plugin detects the free version automatically.
Connect to Meta WhatsApp Cloud API
Enter your Phone Number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, and permanent System User Token in Settings → Connection. Copy the auto-generated Webhook URL and Verify Token into your Meta App dashboard.
Enable the modules you need
Go to Settings → Modules and toggle on Abandoned Cart Recovery, COD Verification, Back-in-Stock, or any other Pro module. Each module has its own configuration tab with sensible defaults.
Assign Meta templates to each event
Each notification type needs a Meta-approved message template. Use the sample templates included in the plugin as a starting point, submit them in Meta Business Manager, and assign them in Settings → Notifications.
