Overview
This module replaces standard WooCommerce registration with a B2B-specific application form, then routes each application through an admin approve/reject workflow with automatic email notifications at every step.
The Registration Form
The B2B registration form collects business details such as:
- Company name
- VAT / tax number
- Phone number
- Supporting documents (file upload)
Place the form on any page with the shortcode:

- A prospect submits the registration form
- The application appears under B2B Suite → Registrations
- You approve or reject it from the admin panel
- The applicant is emailed the outcome automatically
Email Notifications
Notifications are sent at each step to both the customer and the admin:
- New registration (admin) — alerts you that an application is waiting
- Registration approved (customer) — welcomes the approved business
- Registration rejected (customer) — informs the applicant of the decision
Set the admin recipient address under Settings → Approvals → Admin Notification Email (defaults to your WordPress admin email).
Overriding the Emails
The notification email templates live in the plugin’s templates/emails/ folder (for example new-registration-admin.php, registration-approved.php, and registration-rejected.php) and can be overridden from your theme — see the Developer Reference.
