The Settings Screen
All configuration lives under B2B Suite → Settings, organised into tabs:
| Tab | Contents |
|---|---|
| Modules | Enable/disable each of the six modules independently |
| Access Control | Catalog mode, guest restriction, and the replacement action |
| Pricing | Tier pricing, MOQ, and minimum order requirements |
| RFQ & Quotes | Button text, PDF, auto-approve, and payment-link options |
| Approvals | Admin notification email for new registrations |
| Automation | Slack notifications and reminder/follow-up timing |
| Pro Features | An overview of everything available in the Pro add-on |
Enabling and Disabling Modules
Open the Modules tab and toggle each module on or off. A disabled module loads no code and has no performance impact, so it is safe to leave unused modules off. Only the settings tabs for enabled modules are relevant — each module’s own options appear in its dedicated tab.
How Settings Are Stored
Settings are stored as individual WordPress options, each prefixed catoz_b2b_ (for example catoz_b2b_module_rfq_enabled or catoz_b2b_rfq_button_text). You generally never touch these directly — the Settings screen manages them — but the prefix is useful to know when querying options programmatically.
A Typical Setup Flow
- Decide who sees prices. In Access Control, restrict guests (or specific roles) and pick a replacement action.
- Set your wholesale prices. Under Pricing Rules, create role- or user-based rules, optionally with quantity tiers and MOQ.
- Turn on quoting. Enable RFQ so restricted visitors can request a quote instead of buying directly.
- Onboard businesses. Place the registration form so prospects can apply, then approve them from Registrations.
- Automate the chase. Configure reminders and follow-ups under Automation so no quote goes cold.
