Price Sync Overview
Price synchronisation is bidirectional. Regular prices and sale prices can flow between WooCommerce and ERPNext’s Item Price lists.
Store Configuration for Prices
In your Caz Woo Store record, under Price Sync Settings:
- Item Price List — The ERPNext price list that maps to WooCommerce regular prices.
- Sale Price List — Optional. If set, sale prices from WooCommerce are stored in this separate price list.
- Push Prices Trigger — When to push ERPNext prices to WooCommerce: On Save (immediately) or On Schedule (queued for next batch run).
- Update Prices from WooCommerce — Enable to pull WooCommerce price changes into ERPNext Item Price records.
- Currency Rounding — How to round synced prices: None, 2 Decimal Places, or Integer. Useful for currencies that don’t use cents.
ERPNext → WooCommerce
When an Item Price record is saved in ERPNext, WooSync:
- Checks if the affected item has a Caz Woo Item Mapping for this store
- Determines if this price list is the store’s regular or sale price list
- Applies currency rounding
- Updates the WooCommerce product’s
regular_priceorsale_pricevia the Products API
WooCommerce → ERPNext
When a WooCommerce product price changes, WooSync:
- Receives the product update via webhook or polling
- Creates or updates an Item Price record in the configured price list
- If a sale price exists in WooCommerce and a sale price list is configured, creates or updates that record too
Bulk Price Push
To push all current ERPNext prices to WooCommerce at once, use Push All Prices on the Caz Woo Store record. This queues a price sync for every mapped item in the store’s price list.
Variable Products
For variable products, WooSync syncs prices at the variation level. Each ERPNext Item Variant has its own Item Price record, which maps to the corresponding WooCommerce product variation price.
