Sync Settings

  • Sync Direction — Choose from: Both Ways, WooCommerce to ERPNext, or ERPNext to WooCommerce. This applies globally for this store and can be overridden per entity type.
  • API Rate Limit — Maximum WooCommerce API requests per minute. Default: 60. Reduce if you hit rate limit errors.

Testing the Connection

After saving the store record, click the Test Connection button in the toolbar. WooSync will make a test GET request to your WooCommerce store. On success, the Connection Status field updates to “Connected” and webhooks are automatically installed.

If the test fails, check:

  • Your WooCommerce URL is correct and includes the protocol (https://)
  • Consumer Key and Consumer Secret are copied in full with no extra spaces
  • The API key has Read/Write permissions in WooCommerce
  • Your ERPNext server can reach your WooCommerce URL (no DNS issues)
