Coupon Sync Overview
WooCommerce coupons sync one-way from WooCommerce to ERPNext as Pricing Rules. This gives your finance team visibility into active discount codes directly inside ERPNext.
What is Mapped

Syncing All Coupons
To bulk sync all existing WooCommerce coupons into ERPNext, click Sync All Coupons on your Caz Woo Store record. WooSync paginates through all WooCommerce coupons and creates the corresponding Pricing Rules.
Real-Time Sync
New coupons created in WooCommerce after initial setup are synced automatically via the WooCommerce coupon webhook events.
Idempotency
WooSync checks for existing Pricing Rules with the same coupon code before creating a new one. Re-running a coupon sync will not create duplicates.
Limitations
- Coupon sync is one-way — changes to Pricing Rules in ERPNext are not pushed back to WooCommerce
- Complex WooCommerce coupon conditions (e.g., product category restrictions, usage limits) are not fully mapped to ERPNext
- Free shipping coupons are imported but ERPNext Pricing Rules do not natively support shipping discounts in the same way
