Requirements & Installation

Requirements

  • ERPNext v14, v15, or v16
  • Frappe Framework v14, v15, or v16 (matches your ERPNext version)
  • Python 3.10 or higher
  • WooCommerce 7.0 or higher
  • WordPress 6.0 or higher
  • A publicly accessible ERPNext server (webhooks from WooCommerce need to reach it)

Installation

Step 1: Get the App

SSH into your ERPNext server and run:

cd /path/to/frappe-bench
bench get-app https://github.com/codeatozcom/CAZ_WOOSYNC

Step 2: Install on Your Site

bench --site your-site.com install-app caz_woosync

Step 3: Migrate

bench --site your-site.com migrate

Step 4: Restart

bench restart

After restart, the WooSync DocTypes and scheduled tasks will be active. You should see a new CAZ WooSync module in your ERPNext sidebar.

Optional: WordPress Plugin

A lightweight WordPress plugin is included in wordpress/woo-plugin/ of the repository. This plugin is optional — it adds a small admin page in WooCommerce settings that shows the sync connection status and last sync time. Install it like any WordPress plugin via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.

Verifying Installation

  1. Log in to ERPNext
  2. Navigate to CAZ WooSync > Caz Woo Settings
  3. Confirm the settings document exists with defaults: Queue Batch Size = 50, Max Requests Per Minute = 60
  4. Navigate to CAZ WooSync > Caz Woo Store — you’ll create your first store in the next step
