Troubleshooting

Prices Still Showing After Creating a Rule

Check 1: Clear Your Cache

If you use a caching plugin (LiteSpeed Cache, WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache), clear the cache after creating or modifying rules. Cached pages serve stale content.

Check 2: Rule Conditions

Verify your rule’s conditions match the visitor you’re testing as. Use an incognito/private browser window to simulate a guest visitor. If testing role-based rules, log in as a user with that specific role.

Check 3: Rule Priority

A higher-priority rule may be overriding yours. Check the Rules Dashboard and ensure your rules are in the correct priority order.

Check 4: Rule is Enabled

Make sure the rule toggle is ON (green) in the dashboard.

Inquiry Form Not Submitting

  • Check browser console for JavaScript errors
  • Ensure your theme loads jQuery (required for the AJAX modal)
  • Verify the admin email is set in Settings > Inquiry Form

License Activation Issues

  • Ensure you’re using the correct license key from your purchase email
  • Check that your site URL matches the URL registered with the license
  • If you moved domains, deactivate the old domain first in your account dashboard
