How the Inquiry Form Works
When a visitor clicks the “Request a Quote” button, an AJAX-powered modal form opens without a page reload. The submission is:
- Saved to the WordPress database (viewable in admin)
- Emailed to the admin instantly
- An auto-reply confirmation sent to the customer
Setting Up the Inquiry Form
Step 1: Enable Inquiry Form
- Go to WooCommerce > Hide Price Pro > Settings > Inquiry Form
- Enable the inquiry form
- Configure form fields: Name, Email, Phone (optional), Message
- Set the admin notification email address
Step 2: Use in Rules
When creating a rule, select “Inquiry Form” as the action type. The “Request a Quote” button will appear wherever that rule hides a price.
Managing Inquiries
All inquiries are collected in WooCommerce > Hide Price Pro > Inquiries. You can:
- View all inquiries with filters: All, New, Read, Replied, Closed
- Mark inquiries as read/replied/closed
- Export to CSV for your CRM
- See which product and rule triggered each inquiry
Customizing the Form
In Settings > Inquiry Form, you can:
- Add or remove form fields
- Change button text (e.g., “Get a Quote”, “Contact for Price”)
- Customize the confirmation message
- Set a custom email template for admin notifications
