Dashboard
The Approval Reminder Manager workspace includes a KPI dashboard showing real-time metrics. Access it from the sidebar or via Approval Reminder Manager > Dashboard.
Dashboard Metrics

| Reminders Sent | Total reminders dispatched (Sent status) in the Reminder Log |

| Avg Approval Days | Average time from document creation to approval across all closed SLA records |
| As Of | Timestamp of the last metrics calculation |
Reports
Three built-in reports are available under Approval Reminder Manager > Reports.
Pending Approvals
Shows all documents currently awaiting approval that match at least one active rule. Columns include DocType, Document Name, current Workflow State, Days Pending, and Resolved Approvers. Use this report to get an instant snapshot of your approval backlog.
Reminder Activity
A detailed view of the Reminder Log with filters for date range, rule, status, and escalation level. Use this to audit reminder delivery, identify failed notifications, or investigate why a specific approver was not notified.
SLA Breach
Lists all documents with SLA Breached = True, ordered by Days Pending (longest first). Columns include DocType, Document Name, Days Pending, Workflow State, and Assigned User. Use this as your daily escalation review list.
Refreshing Dashboard Data
Dashboard metrics are calculated via the get_dashboard_metrics() API endpoint each time the page loads. On high-traffic sites, metrics are cached for a short period to avoid repeated database queries.
