Campaign Not Applying Discounts
- Clear cache — LiteSpeed, WP Super Cache, or any caching plugin may serve stale pages
- Check dates — Ensure the campaign is within its scheduled start/end dates
- Check targeting — Verify the products/categories/roles match your test scenario
- Check status — The campaign must be “Active” (not Draft or Paused)
Announcement Bar Not Showing
- Check that the announcement bar is enabled in the campaign settings
- Some themes override the header area — try switching to Storefront temporarily to test
- Check for JavaScript errors in the browser console
Price Display Issues
Campaign Manager uses standard WooCommerce price filters to apply discounts at runtime. Your original product prices remain unchanged in the database. If prices look wrong, check for other plugins that also modify pricing (e.g., dynamic pricing plugins).
